- The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of two oral medications (Remibrutinib vs. Teriflunomide) in patients with relapsing MS. This study is for people living with MS who have relapsed in the last year or so.

- The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of the medication Frexalimab in delaying the disability progression of MS. This study is for those living with MS and are 18-60 years old.

- Efficacy and Safety Studies of Frexalimab (SAR441344) in Adults With Relapsing Forms of Multiple Sclerosis
- The purpose of this study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARP) with the administration of the medication Frexalimb compared to the daily oral dose of Teriflunomide. This study is for those with relapsing forms of MS who are 18-55 years old.
